Who We Work With

We provide premium funnel design, tech integration, and marketing systems for coaches, consultants, therapists, and wellness experts.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You’re at least 18 years old

• You’re engaging with us in a business/professional capacity

• You have the authority to enter into this agreement

Our Offerings

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Funnel and website design

• Copywriting, positioning, & messaging strategy

• CRM, email marketing, and automation setup

• Lead generation assets

• Booking & onboarding systems

• Ongoing support (where specified)

What’s not included unless explicitly stated:

• Social media management

• Paid ad management

• Content creation beyond agreed deliverables

• Coaching or mindset/offer consulting (unless offered as a separate service)

Free Call Policy

Strategy sessions are provided as a complimentary service for qualified leads only. We reserve the right to cancel or deny any call bookings that we determine are not a mutual fit or aligned with our service scope.

Payment Terms

All service fees are outlined clearly in your proposal or checkout page.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all payments are due upfront.

We accept payment via PayPal / Razorpay / Bank Transfer / Payoneer.

Failure to make timely payment may result in:

• Project delays

• Service suspension

• Termination of contract

Refund Policy & Performance Guarantee

We take results seriously.

If your package includes a performance/satisfaction guarantee, we commit to revising and optimizing the funnel/system until results are seen — at no additional cost.

Refunds are not offered unless:

• Explicitly stated in writing before project start

• We are unable to deliver on our agreed scope

• A refund clause was agreed as part of your custom contract

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Delays caused by the client (lack of feedback, missing information)

• Changes in business direction after work has begun

• Personal preference changes after approval

Results Disclaimer

Our systems are designed to improve your ability to convert leads, automate sales processes, and grow your business. However, results vary based on your niche, traffic quality & quantity, consistency, and effort.

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or client numbers. We’re here to provide the best system.

Intellectual Property

Once your final payment is made, all custom copy, design assets, and funnels created for your business are yours to use.

That said, all strategy frameworks, templates, internal processes, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of Createv Media and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure success, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary access

• Show up for meetings or give advance notice of cancellation

• Deliver any required content or materials on time

• Use our work ethically, legally, and responsibly

Confidentiality & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously.

Any personal, business, or strategic information you share during calls or project delivery is kept strictly confidential and is never shared without your consent.

We adhere to GDPR and data privacy regulations. Our systems and tools are selected with security in mind.
